AFCEA Hawaii uses registration totals to submit a final headcount to Hale Ikena so we can guarantee your seat. If you must cancel your registration please do so before 1600 on the last Friday before the event. If you registered to pay at the event and do not show and did not cancel before 1600 on the last Friday before the event AFCEA Hawaii reserves the right to send you a invoice.
Luncheon registration refunds will be paid to the payee only if the luncheon registration(s) is/are cancelled prior to the 4:00pm registration deadline on the Friday immediately prior the scheduled luncheon. Cancellation notices must be received as an email by either the Vice President of Programs (firstname.lastname@example.org) or the Treasurer (email@example.com) prior to the aforementioned 4:00pm registration deadline.
